Job Summary

We're looking for a talented Customer Service Representative to join our team, working from home in the United States. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and online chat support. You will work with customers to resolve presale and post-order inquiries, guide them through the ordering process, and address concerns related to delivery, billing, and shipping.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to presale inquiries by phone, email, and online chat regarding fit, fashion trends/styles, product availability, and specials. Guide customers through the ordering procedure online.
  • Addressing and resolving post-order inquiries regarding delivery, billing, and shipping.
  • Utilizing a range of software tools to address client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Collaborating with outside shipping contractors to resolve international shipping concerns.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Working with the customer service team to achieve department goals and objectives.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a luxury fashion or e-commerce environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
  • Proficiency in using software tools, such as CRM systems and email management tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and team collaboration.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including:

  • Base pay: $31,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $53,600/year in our highest geographic market.
  • Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
  • Equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
