Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Data Ventures group, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth, improving product development, and ensuring the security and integrity of our data. Key Responsibilities
* Research, gather, and analyze client data to provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve product development
- Design and develop data visualizations and dashboards to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Work with data stewards and data engineering teams to collect and process data from various sources
- Develop and maintain complex data pipelines and ETL processes using cloud-based technologies
- Ensure the security and integrity of our data by implementing data quality controls and monitoring data access
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our data capabilities
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Familiarity with data quality tools such as Collibra, SAS, or IBM InfoSphere
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Google Bigquery, Hive, or AWS Redshift
- Strong understanding of data security and integrity principles and practices
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
- Experience with data science and machine learning techniques
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
- Experience with data visualization tools such as D3.js or Matplotlib
- Familiarity with data quality tools such as Google DataPlex or Snowflake
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Azure or Oracle

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
* Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
