Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in our Occurrence Response Group, working closely with our team of experts to identify, mitigate, and recover from digital threats. You'll have the opportunity to work on real-world cybersecurity challenges, developing your skills in emergency management, threat assessment, and collaboration. Key Responsibilities

* Work with business clients to conduct needs analysis related to systems and business processes to develop high-quality technical solutions

• Ensure solutions are aligned with internal tooling, business processes, and adherence to departmental standards
• Manage project timelines for planning, coding, testing, and implementation to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget
• Act as a resource to facilitate effective communication between business and IT teams
• Participate in system and acceptance testing
• Scope of work may vary depending on the project team

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
• Fundamental knowledge of data security and threat mitigation standards, theories, and practices
• Experience or exposure to Proofpoint PhishAlarm preferred
• Experience or knowledge of ServiceNow Administration, Risk and Compliance (GRC) preferred
• Basic knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement preferred
• Major understanding of project management systems, including the ability to design, manage, and maintain a complex, organization-wide program preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels within the organization, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders preferred
• Basic knowledge of technical environment required
• Openness to Agile philosophies preferred
• Coursework or experience related to network security preferred
• Ability to remain organized and manage multiple and simultaneous tasks under tight deadlines
• Past investigator entry-level position experience within the past year preferred
• Experience resolving business issues in a capstone or case competition preferred
• Ability to thrive in a culture that is open, direct, transparent, gracious, and empathetic
• Fast learner, self-motivated, team-oriented, with a sense of humor
