Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing technical support to our global player base. You'll be the go-to expert for our free-to-play mobile games, managing player tickets and collaborating with various departments to resolve issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities

* Provide technical support to our global player base, managing player tickets and collaborating with support engineers to resolve issues efficiently

  • Engage with a diverse player base, offering technical advice and assistance to ensure a seamless gaming experience
  • Identify, prioritize, and swiftly resolve issues, working closely with departments such as production, QA, design, programming, legal, and marketing to deliver effective solutions
  • Utilize research skills to develop solutions and enhance our support services, ensuring that our players receive the best possible experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring that our support services are efficient and effective

Requirements

* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written

  • Excellent communication skills in German, both verbal and written
  • Excellent communication skills in Russian, both verbal and written
  • A knack for swiftly grasping technical concepts and explaining them to users with different levels of technical expertise
  • Experience playing mobile games is preferred, but not required

Essential Qualifications

* 1-3 years of experience in customer support or a related field

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong research skills and ability to analyze complex issues

* Experience working in a global customer support environment

  • Knowledge of mobile game development and gaming industry trends
  • Experience with ticketing systems and customer support software
  • Certification in customer support or a related field
