Job Summary
As a Customer Experience Representative – Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing best-in-class support to our customers through live chat on various platforms, including Facebook Messenger. You'll work closely with our Marketing and Operations teams to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to live chat messages on business websites or social media accounts in a timely and professional manner
- Answer customer questions, provide sales links, and offer discounts to meet customer needs
- Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and provide unique solutions
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Operations teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide feedback to improve processes
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
* Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet with reliable internet connectivity
- Basic English writing skills and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with live chat platforms (training provided)
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer service or live chat support (not required, but a plus)
- Familiarity with Facebook Messenger and other live chat platforms
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
