Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Arranging sports events packages, concerts, theatre, theme parks, tours, excursions, and other experiences for our clients
* Determining customer's needs and preferences, such as schedules, costs, and payment plans
* Planning and arranging event packages
* Booking reservations for travel, hotel, flights, rental cars, special events, honeymoons, and more
* Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
* Building strong relationships with our clients, turning one-time sales into repeat business
* Working closely with our team to ensure seamless execution of client experiences
Essential Qualifications
* Must be 18 years or older
* USA and Mexico residents preferred
* Computer or smartphone required
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry
* Knowledge of travel industry software and systems
* Ability to speak multiple languages
