Job Summary
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Service team on a seasonal basis. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, responding to escalated emails, and working closely with our CS Supervisor and Department Manager to prioritize and complete work daily. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, while also enjoying the flexibility of working from home.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Answering escalated emails and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Working queues related to orders not shipping, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Making outbound calls to customers to resolve issues and provide updates on their orders
- Processing TrustArc Requests and Order Updates
- Collaborating with our CS Supervisor and Department Manager to prioritize and complete work daily
- Utilizing the telephone in customer contact, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy at all times
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to empathize with our customers
- The energy and initiative required to meet the demands of a very short and intense "season"
- Experience in a call center or business environment, with a focus on customer service and problem-solving
- Knowledge of personal computers and basic math and business operations
- Ability to stay positive under sometimes stressful conditions
- Availability to work extended hours, including Saturdays, during the holiday season
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset in this role:
- Experience in a seasonal or holiday-driven business environment
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
