The Role
As a Remote Customer Service Representative (Temp), you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing outstanding support and assistance to employees of our clients regarding benefits and payroll. You'll work in a call center environment, responding to questions via phone and solving customer issues related to employee benefits. Your research skills and ability to process documents will be put to the test, and you'll be expected to maintain satisfactory quality assurance scores and consistently meet or exceed departmental performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality client service consistent with arenaflex standards and practices
- Respond to questions via phone in a call center environment
- Solve customer issues related to employee benefits, researching problems and processing documents
- Maintain satisfactory quality assurance scores and consistently meet or exceed departmental performance metrics
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
* High school diploma
- Customer service experience
- Strong typing and basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
* Working knowledge of Microsoft software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
- Exposure to benefits, HR, and/or payroll
- Call center experience
