Key Responsibilities:

As a Chat Support Associate with arenaflex, you will be responsible for: -

Customer Interaction:

Engage with customers via chat to answer inquiries regarding events, tickets, and general company information. Provide accurate information in a timely manner to enhance customer satisfaction. -

Issue Resolution:

CRM Management:

Knowledge Maintenance:

Feedback Collection:

Gather and relay customer feedback to the management team, contributing to continuous improvement of our services and customer experience. -

Collaboration:

Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure effective communication and resolve elevated issues as necessary. -

Performance Monitoring:

Adhere to performance metrics, including average response time, customer satisfaction ratings, and resolution efficiency, consistently striving to meet or exceed targets. -

Requirements:

To be successful as a Chat Support Associate with arenaflex, you will need: -

Experience:
