Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Sales Representative/Customer Service, you'll be responsible for:

- Managing Flight Changes & Seat Assignments: Efficiently process and communicate flight changes and seat assignments to clients.
- Concierge-Related Details: Arrange spa, touring, and dinner reservations, as well as notify hotels of client preferences.
- Corresponding with Clients: Assist with arranging surprises, welcome notes, and other personalized touches.
- Preparing Client Documents & Travel Tips: Create and distribute essential documents and travel tips to clients.
- Updating Daily Activity, Reporting, and Status: Accurately record and update client information in our cloud-based CRM.
- Managing Client Profiles & Bookings: Effectively manage client profiles and bookings, ensuring seamless execution of travel plans.
- Serving as Backup Travel Support/Main Point of Contact: Provide emergency support and assistance to clients as needed, even outside of normal office hours.
- Continuing Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, implementing new tools and strategies to enhance our remote workplace culture.
