Main Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional patient care and support through phone calls, Zoom meetings, and text messages
  • Helping patients navigate the application process for loans and other services
  • Ordering testing and scheduling appointments with health coaches
  • Selling and ordering supplements to support patient health and wellness
  • Performing administrative tasks, such as filling out forms and managing patient records
  • Supporting health coaching, scheduling, and rescheduling
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless patient care and experience
