The Role
As a Senior Data Scientist, Analytics at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and informing strategic decisions through data-driven insights. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that address complex business challenges. Your expertise will be essential in helping us navigate the ever-changing landscape of our industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Utilize quantitative analysis and data visualization to uncover hidden patterns and trends in our business data
- Develop and maintain complex data models, reports, and dashboards using SQL, R, Python, or other programming languages
- Collaborate with junior data scientists to develop their skills and address challenging data problems
- Design and implement A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to measure the impact of business decisions
- Work closely with business stakeholders to develop and communicate data-driven insights and recommendations
- Identify and prioritize areas for improvement in our data infrastructure and processes
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure data-driven decision-making
What We're Looking For
* A degree in Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis, consulting, or a related field
- Proven expertise in data visualization, statistical modeling, and machine learning
- Experience working with big data technologies, such as Hadoop or Spark
- Strong programming skills in languages such as SQL, R, Python, or Java
- Experience with data warehousing, ETL, and data governance
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
