Job Summary

We're seeking experienced customer service professionals to join our Work from Home team as Customer Service Representatives. As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling incoming complex calls, providing exceptional support to our clients, and working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences. This is a temporary assignment with the potential to be hired on based on performance and attendance.

Responsibilities

As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming complex calls or outbound appointments, offering compassion and empathy while using exceptional listening skills to identify customers' needs
  • Professionally answering calls and addressing caller inquiries as needed
  • Routing calls as needed to appropriate resources
  • Performing research using available resources as needed to provide required information to callers
  • Completing necessary administrative work as needed and completing call logs accurately
  • Working weekends and flexible 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM, Monday through Sunday

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1 year of call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Dependable and able to adhere to a schedule, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering results
  • Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Effective listening skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and concerns
  • Customer service orientation, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to accurately complete administrative tasks and maintain accurate records

Work from Home Equipment Requirements

To work from home, you'll need:

  • A laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or better, 8GB of RAM installed, and 256GB of storage
  • A USB headset to plug into your computer
  • Hardwired internet using an Ethernet cable

Compensation and Perks

As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative, you'll receive:

  • A competitive hourly rate of $17.00 per hour, with the potential to earn $18.00 per hour for bilingual candidates
