You'll be responsible for accurately entering sales data, updating our accounting records, and maintaining our customer relationship management (CRM) database. Your keen attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in this role, as you'll be processing mail, handling deposits, and following up on leads. Day-to-Day Responsibilities As a Part-time Remote Data Entry Clerk / Administrative Assistant, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Accurately entering sales data and updating our accounting records * Maintaining our customer relationship management (CRM) database * Processing mail and handling deposits * Following up on leads and ensuring timely communication with customers * Providing administrative support to our accounting and sales departments * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files Ideal Candidate We're looking for a self-starter who is highly organized, efficient, and positive.
