Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and/or phone in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns in a courteous, empathetic, and effective way
  • Providing product information, troubleshooting assistance, and guidance to customers using Service Autopilot
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
