Job Summary
We're seeking a REMOTE Live Chat Customer Support Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional support to our customers through live chat. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized support to our clients. Key Responsibilities
As a REMOTE Live Chat Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering live chats from customers and providing personalized support
- Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing product information and recommendations to customers
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in live chat software and customer support tools
- Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
- Ability to work 40 hours a week, Monday – Friday, 9am-6pm EST

- Familiarity with live chat software and customer support tools
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Compensation and Benefits
