Job Duties and Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Receiving English inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Placing outbound calls to existing English clients and customers to provide support and resolve issues
  • Answering questions from English customers and forwarding messages to clients in a timely and efficient manner
  • Meeting Quality Assurance requirements and other key performance metrics to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of company products, services, and promotions for our clients to provide informed support

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills to effectively interact with customers and clients
  • Flexible availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • English language proficiency is required for this position
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objectives
  • Strong work ethic and self-starter mentality to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly to stay up-to-date with our systems and tools
  • Goal-oriented with professional work ethics and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office to effectively manage and organize your work
  • Leadership skills to mentor and support colleagues in a remote work environment
  • Reliable transportation to ensure timely attendance and participation in virtual meetings
  • Previous Customer Service experience, with a minimum of 1 year of experience preferred

To ensure a smooth and productive work experience, you'll need:

  • A PC or laptop with at least Windows 10 (Apple/Mac products, Chromebooks, and tablets are not compatible)
  • A hard-wired high-speed internet connection (ethernet cable) to ensure stable and reliable connectivity
  • A USB-connected headset to facilitate clear and effective communication
  • A webcam to participate in virtual meetings and collaborate with colleagues
  • A quiet dedicated workspace free from distractions, including pets and children
