arenaflex is seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Developer to join our team as an Integration and Governance Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and launching customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within our Identity and Intelligence (IIQ) platform. You will work closely with our international-class software and platform teams to deliver scalable and nimble solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business.About the Role
As an IAM Developer at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting projects that will help shape the future of retail. Some of your key responsibilities will include:- Designing, building, and launching customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within IIQ
- Experience in installation management and troubleshooting of IAM solutions in an enterprise environment
- SailPoint implementation experience with strong IAM domain best practices, design, and maintenance of data
- Implementation of JML events, custom/OOTB LCM Workflows to meet business requirements
- Robust knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules to customize software onboarding
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in IAM, access control, RBAC, position mining, access aggregation/certification, and federation. You should also have experience with Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and other relevant technologies. Additionally, you should possess a tremendous mindset, be a team player, and have excellent communication skills.About arenaflex Global Tech
