Key Responsibilities
As a remote customer service associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex members, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and compassionate manner
- Utilizing arenaflex's proprietary technology platform to access member information, track interactions, and resolve issues
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of member interactions and outcomes
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1+ year of customer service experience in a healthcare or wellness setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience using CRM software a plus
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate:
- Bilingual or multilingual skills, with proficiency in Spanish or Creole
- Experience working with vulnerable populations, such as seniors or individuals with disabilities
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare software
