Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering inbound phone calls from patients and their families regarding healthcare benefits and services

  • Resolving customer issues via one-call resolution guidelines, ensuring that patients receive timely and effective support

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
  • Healthcare background experience is a plus, but not required
  • Comfortable with medical terminology and able to navigate complex healthcare systems
  • A dedicated and quiet workspace, free from distractions and background noises
  • Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mb/s download and 10 Mb/s upload (wired Ethernet connection only)
  • Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional customer service, particularly to senior citizens
  • Strong decision-making and analytical abilities, with a focus on resolving complex issues
  • Ability to identify customer needs and articulate products and services in a clear and concise manner
  • Schedule flexibility to include weekends, evenings, possible holidays, and occasional overtime
  • Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Meet all attendance and dependability requirements
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:
