Job Description

As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences and supporting our customers through various channels, including phone, chat, and email. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues, improve our processes, and drive changes that can enhance the customer experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing customer-focused assistance and handling customer inquiries on a daily basis
  • Collaborating with the team to resolve problems and deliver a top-notch customer experience
  • Escalating leading trends and drivers and engaging proactively with the team to improve the customer experience
  • Advocating for customers from within the organization and driving changes that can improve their experience
  • Proactively looking for ways to improve our processes and the customer experience

Qualifications

* Motivated by arenaflex's mission and determined to create a seamless support experience for our customer base

  • 1-2 years in a customer support role, preferably in the fintech industry
  • Demonstrated passion for the customer experience and the ability to solve problems with a short turnaround time for customers while maintaining a high level of empathy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics in easily understood, concise language
  • Familiarity with banking regulations and payment processes; compliance is a plus
  • Ability to communicate cross-functionally and globally
  • Availability on some weekends and holidays when needed

Essential Skills and Competencies

* Excellent customer service skills with a focus on empathy and problem-solving

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Familiarity with customer support software and tools, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the fintech industry or a related field

  • Familiarity with banking regulations and payment processes
  • Experience working with customer support software and tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
