The Role

As a Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat. You'll be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and providing accurate information about our products and services. Your primary focus will be on delivering outstanding customer experiences, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries through live chat, providing accurate and timely information about our products and services

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Provide product recommendations and sales support to customers, driving sales growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide expert support
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent typing skills, with a minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the e-commerce or retail industry

  • Knowledge of kitchen and bathroom cabinets, or a related field
  • Sales or sales support experience
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
