Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify and correct data discrepancies and inconsistencies, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of data entry procedures and guidelines, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members virtually to ensure data integrity and support program initiatives, promoting a culture of teamwork and communication.
  • Generate reports and summaries as needed for program evaluation and decision-making, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Perform routine backups and data maintenance tasks, ensuring data security and integrity.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as required, supporting the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management or related field is a plus.

  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative support, preferably in a nonprofit setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy, with a keen eye for error detection and correction.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) and data entry software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
