Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our clients' website visitors. Your primary duties will include:

  • Answering Incoming Customer Live Chats: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information regarding website navigation, services, and general client concerns.
  • Evaluating Customer Interactions: Assess customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary.
  • Building Relationships: Create strong relationships with new customers to better understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Providing Accurate Responses: Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Promoting Client Products and Services: Encourage customers to explore our clients' products and services.
  • Maintaining a Positive Image: Continuously portray and project a positive and professional image.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the customer service team as needed.
  • Assisting with Overflow Work: May assist with overflow work and other duties as required.
