Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Dispute Chat Representative, you'll play a critical role in resolving customer inquiries and disputes in a timely and professional manner. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers via chat, email, and phone. Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and disputes via chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Investigate customer inquiries and disputes to determine the root cause of the problem
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer disputes and issues
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
  • Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality standards
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new software and technology tools
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of process improvements and best practices

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred, but not required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must have a quiet workspace and reliable internet connection
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
