Job Summary

As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat

  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases to senior colleagues
  • Adhere to mandatory call scripts and ensure compliance with FCA regulations
  • Use multiple systems simultaneously to manage customer interactions and data
  • Own and handle FCA-regulated complaints through to completion
  • Identify and record vulnerability, providing patience, empathy, and support to customers
  • Maintain a professional working environment, free from distractions and noise
  • Ensure a dedicated workspace is available, clear of mobile phones and other electronic devices

Essential Qualifications

* Proficient in using PC systems within a fast-paced environment

  • Fantastic verbal and communication skills
  • Comprehensive experience within a customer service environment
  • Open-minded and positive attitude in response to feedback
  • Ability to establish collaborative customer relationships
  • Strong written skills with attention to detail
  • Professional and friendly manner
  • Good, consistent typing speed

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a similar role, preferably in the insurance industry

  • Knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues

  • Experience with CRM systems and data management

* Competitive salary: £22,556.82 per annum (pro-rata) or £12.10 per hour
