How You Will Make a Difference
As a Bilingual Customer Care Representative, you'll be the main point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support through various mediums, including:
- Phone calls
- Live chat
- Social media
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Establishing customer needs by asking open-ended questions, active listening, and conveying empathy
- Linking product benefits to customer needs by researching, providing product information, and recommending solutions
- Processing product orders and providing prompt and efficient responses to all customers' requests
- Maintaining effective communication with customers to provide ongoing information flow as it relates to sales, promotions, and problems to ensure accurate billings and shipments

Skills for Success
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- One year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a bilingual environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we're most interested in your total experience and professional achievements
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work overtime as needed to meet demand/schedule
Performance and Attendance
Performance and attendance will be reviewed after six months of service, at which time you may be eligible for a promotion.

Compensation and Benefits
The hiring range for this position is $15.20 USD - $19.00 USD per hour. Benefits at arenaflex include:
