Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Full Stack Customer Support Manager to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer success team, you'll be responsible for leading our customer support efforts, driving the development of our digital marketing strategy, and collaborating with our internal teams to deliver exceptional support and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead our customer support team and drive the development of our digital marketing strategy

  • Act as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Offer consultative marketing assessments and comprehensive marketing plans through phone, email, and web meetings
  • Understand and address client objectives, proactively providing marketing solutions tailored to their needs
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to drive the execution of marketing campaigns and revenue projections
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the performance of our client's product portfolio and present these opportunities regularly
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our organization's products and services
  • Contribute to new ventures and services as the organization grows and expands
  • Work effectively both independently and as a team member
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to internal processes and procedures
  • Proactively seek opportunities to improve and meet organizational objectives
  • Thrive under pressure, consistently meeting time constraints and deadlines
  • Participate in web calls, maintaining exceptional skill and affinity with clients while working from a distance
  • Provide meticulous attention to detail and reliability

Essential Qualifications:

* 3+ years of professional experience, specifically in a consultative account management, client-facing, or sales role

  • Demonstrated experience selling into an established account base, including creating compelling incentives and overcoming objections
  • Proven expertise in account management or client-facing roles
  • Experience with investigation and reporting
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and its applications
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving client satisfaction
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Background in marketing, sales, or media sales

  • Experience with public speaking and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools
  • Certification in digital marketing or a related field
