Experienced Customer Practice Manager – Accelerating Business Outcomes for arenaflex Enterprise ECRT and Energy Clients

About the Role
As a Customer Practice Manager, you'll be responsible for leading all aspects of business development, deal structuring, and deal support for your assigned accounts or territories. You'll work closely with our AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) team to drive revenue, adoption, and growth from our largest and fastest-growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers, including public sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute long-term strategic customer transformation roadmaps, with a high bias for action to deliver results in ProServe and Platform bookings and revenue in the near term.
- Lead business outcomes by articulating accelerated customer outcomes through cloud technologies.
- Develop a unified account plan and pursuit plan that aligns with the AWS account team (platform sales).
- Establish executive relationships across Technology & Business groups, executive sponsorship of programs.
- Establish an internal network at arenaflex, most notably with internal organizations critical to success: account team (#OneTeam), Partner team, Global Services organization, Finance, and Legal.
- Successfully assume the role of strategic advisor and expert with a deep knowledge of the cross-section of the customers' business and the available cloud services.
- Deliver on annual bookings and revenue targets with deal structure aligned with key customer goals and arenaflex Professional Services business objectives.
- Support scale through shared learnings and mechanisms across the Professional Services sales team.

Essential Qualifications
* 8+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving business outcomes and delivering results in a customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies and their applications in various industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with enterprise-level customers, including public sector.
- Strong network of executive relationships across Technology & Business groups.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain internal networks across arenaflex.
- Experience with deal structuring, deal support, and project closure.
- Strong understanding of arenaflex Professional Services business objectives and key customer goals.
