Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Support Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to taxpayers, responding to inquiries, and maintaining accurate tax accounts. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

- Answer taxpayer inquiries in person and over the phone, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns. - Research, maintain, and update tax accounts based on information provided, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. - Process tax forms and mail, posting payments to the proper accounts in a timely and efficient manner. - Complete all tasks in a timely manner while meeting company standards and expectations. - Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Schedule and Location

- Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm - No weekends! - On-site in our Allentown, PA office - Once released from training (approximately 4-6 months), hybrid (office/remote) work environment is available for this position as business needs dictate and if performance is maintained.

Requirements

- High School Diploma or equivalent - Minimum 1-3 months related experience and/or training - Must be Bilingual, English and Spanish speaking - Reliable transportation to outer offices and tax sit-ins - Ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations - Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy - Situation analysis and problem-solving skills - Ability to sit for long periods of time
