Job Summary
We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our remote call center team in Kansas City. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our members through inbound and outbound calls. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls to advise members on benefits and respond to their inquiries and issues
- Providing education and status on previously submitted documents and requests
- Meeting performance goals established for the position in areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and attendance
- Collaborating with team members to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to members
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1 year of customer service experience with the same company
- Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
- Empathic and good listening skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to clear a background check
- Bilingual in Spanish and English ( preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous sales or benefits experience
- Call center experience
- Experience working in a remote call center environment
