Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Inbound Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound sales calls, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. You will work closely with our product providers to gather additional information and ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound sales calls, responding to customer inquiries and providing solutions to their needs

- Follow the assigned Sales Cycle and call stream, including testing questions, accepting the sale, and building compatibility
- Upsell and cross-sell products to customers, identifying opportunities to enhance their shopping experience
- Meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge

Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, sales)
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and other sales tools
