Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our High-Level Examination, Content Group. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for applying advanced analytical techniques to drive business decisions and inform content strategy. You will work closely with our content team to analyze data, identify trends, and develop insights that will help us to create more engaging and effective content.

Key Responsibilities

* Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions

• Analyze customer behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, preferences) to identify untapped customer needs and new content opportunities
• Forecast content engagement to inform acquisition decisions
• Enhance our content launch and episode release strategy
• Test marketing campaigns to optimize engagement and retention
• Develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and key navigation
• Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth
• Effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data storytelling

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field

• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on statistical analysis and AI techniques
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with R or Python
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and apply creativity to complex problems
• Excellent data storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights through verbal, written, and visual communication

Preferred Qualifications
