Key Responsibilities
* Engage in online conversations with customers via live chat, representing arenaflex's automotive dealer clients favorably
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide personalized support to drive customer satisfaction
- Utilize your gaming expertise to create engaging and interactive conversations that build rapport with customers
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth and customer engagement
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex's technology solutions
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service, or marketing) preferred
- 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the automotive industry or a related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong typing skills (at least 35 WPM; 40+ WPM preferred)
- Proficiency in using a computer, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work from home with a dedicated, quiet workspace free from distractions
