The Role

As a Work-from-Home Customer Services Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers and driving business growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering customer enquiries by phone and email, providing prompt and accurate responses to their queries
  • Sending out quotes and invoices, ensuring timely and efficient communication with customers
  • Assisting with various administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating our CRM system (Zoho CRM) and cloud-based MS Office

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service
  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly Zoho CRM
  • Proficiency in cloud-based MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
