Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Manage Account Transfers: You'll be responsible for managing account transfers, including moving funds between accounts and handling firm-to-firm transfers. This will involve accurately entering and verifying data to ensure smooth transactions and maintain data integrity.
- Perform Alphanumeric Data Entry: You'll perform alphanumeric data entry from various source documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness. This will involve verifying data accuracy by comparing with original documents or re-entering in verification format to identify discrepancies.
- Compile, Sort, and Validate Data: You'll compile, sort, and validate data before entry to maintain quality standards. This will involve identifying and correcting data entry errors, or escalating them to supervisors as needed.
- Maintain Detailed Logs: You'll maintain detailed logs of data entry activities and completed tasks for tracking and audit purposes.
- Enter Information from Source Documents: You'll enter information from source documents such as canceled checks, sales reports, or bills into designated data fields.
- Manage High-Volume Data Entry Tasks: You'll manage high-volume data entry tasks efficiently, with a focus on meeting production targets.
- Utilize Spreadsheet and Database Software: You'll utilize spreadsheet and database software to manage data and perform required tasks.
Skills and Qualifications
