Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Manager (Technical), you'll be responsible for:
- Building and nurturing relationships with senior leaders at Enterprise and mid-market merchant accounts
- Understanding customers' businesses and needs, identifying opportunities to deepen and expand their business with arenaflex
- Developing and executing strategies to reduce churn and drive revenue growth
- Collaborating with internal partners to drive initiatives forward and ensure overall satisfaction
- Providing detailed feedback from merchants to inform product development and drive business growth
- Representing arenaflex at a senior level to merchants, showcasing our expertise and building trust
- Analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams
- Identifying and escalating potential issues or concerns to ensure timely resolution
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years of experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role, preferably in a SaaS or finance-related industry
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, reducing churn, and improving customer satisfaction
- Strong relationships with senior leaders at Enterprise and mid-market merchant accounts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on results-driven performance
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
