Job Responsibilities

As a customer chat representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via live chat on our clients' websites in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing solutions to customer issues and concerns, escalating complex inquiries to a supervisor when necessary
  • Utilizing pre-written responses to commonly asked questions to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude with customers at all times, even in high-pressure situations
  • Collaborating with our team of experts to resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills:

  • Ability to work independently and follow provided steps and instructions closely
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a strong focus on empathy and problem-solving
  • A reliable internet connection and a device (Phone/Tablet/Laptop) that can access social media and website chat functions
  • Minimum availability of 20 hours per week, with the opportunity to work up to 40 hours per week

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Familiarity with live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
