Responsibilities:
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Making outbound calls to patients, members, and customers to schedule appointments for preventative health screenings, assess for high-risk or other healthcare appointments
- Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring patients feel valued and supported throughout their healthcare journey
- Conducting surveys to gather valuable feedback and insights
- Making welcome calls to assist members and patients with benefits and insurance information
- Utilizing your passion for helping patients make informed decisions that enhance their healthcare experience
- Working collaboratively with patients, patient representatives, providers, pharmacies, and more to deliver seamless care

Qualifications:
To be eligible for this role, you must:
- Possess a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Have strong computer experience, including data entry, screen navigation, and keyboarding
- Be proficient in Microsoft Outlook (email) and Word
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and compassion
- Be able to adhere to daily schedules and duties
