Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative on our Medicare team, you'll be responsible for handling a wide range of customer inquiries, from claims and benefits to enrollment and member portal issues. You'll work closely with customers to resolve problems, provide solutions, and ensure that their needs are met. This is a fast-paced, dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong problem-solving approach.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional and courteous manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on Medicare benefits, claims, and enrollment processes
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions
- Utilize multiple systems to navigate customer information and resolve issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving customer service
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of customer service experience or call center experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex messages over the phone
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently
- Ability to navigate multiple systems at a time, including CRM software and other technical tools

Preferred Qualifications
* Healthcare industry experience, particularly in the Medicare space
