Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Workforce Activities and Performance Optimization team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement, and developing actionable insights to drive business growth and optimization. Key Responsibilities

* Lead task groups of experts and other partners to drive business outcomes and optimize workforce performance

• Perform data gathering, analysis, and reporting to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth and optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business challenges and opportunities
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leaders and business stakeholders to inform strategic decision-making
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, HR partners, and field teams

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a field related to data analysis, business, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in a data analysis or business operations role, with a focus on workforce optimization and performance improvement
• Proven track record of delivering results-driven insights and recommendations to drive business growth and optimization
• Strong quantitative skills, including data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working with large data sets and developing data-driven solutions to drive business outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience in a data analysis or business operations role, with a focus on workforce optimization and performance improvement

• Experience working in a retail or field-based environment, with a strong understanding of store operations and customer service
• Strong knowledge of data visualization tools and technologies, including Tableau, Power BI, or similar
• Experience working with large data sets and developing data-driven solutions to drive business outcomes
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive business outcomes
