Job Summary
As an Entry-Level Sales Agent, you'll be responsible for selling shipping containers on Facebook Marketplace using our user-friendly software. You'll work closely with customers via chat, responding to their inquiries, and encouraging them to place an order. You'll have the opportunity to close sales directly on the chat by sending invoices from our system, and you'll also have access to our team of closers who can help you close deals if needed.
Key Responsibilities
* Advertise shipping containers on Facebook Marketplace using our software
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, follow up with them, and encourage them to place an order
- Close sales directly on the chat by sending invoices from our system
- Work with our team of closers to close deals if needed
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure that all customer interactions are professional and courteous

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in sales, marketing, or a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a remote or online sales environment
