What we're looking for
We're seeking an Experienced Customer Service Agent to join our team on a part-time basis (19 hours per week, Monday – Friday). As a key member of our customer services department, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, handling routine enquiries, and supporting our customers through challenging situations.
Key Responsibilities
* Take inbound calls from existing customers, providing patient-friendly first-line assistance with routine enquiries, including: + How to make a claim + Policy cover + Changes to customer details + Payment queries
- Work within a busy and challenging role, requiring patience, consistency, and a high level of resilience and patience
- Upskill to support other operational areas with various customer queries via telephone, live chat, and email
- Participate in an in-depth induction and training program to ensure you're a technical expert when it comes to answering customer queries
What we're looking for in you
* Previous experience providing customer service via phone is essential
- Experience working within a targeted environment would be an advantage
- Empathy, professionalism, and a high level of resilience and patience are required, especially when supporting customers with injured or unwell pets
- You'll need to be organized and motivated, with good attention to detail, and able to work effectively from home with a quiet space and good internet connection
