Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to web inquiries through chat, engaging with customers in SMS sales conversations, and managing email correspondence

  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and sales strategies to provide expert advice and recommendations
