Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service through live chat, phone, and email support
* Making outbound calls to customers to follow up on previous interactions, schedule visits, and offer promotions
* Calling customers from prior days to conduct quality checks and ensure that their issues have been resolved
* Following up on customer reviews, both positive and negative, to ensure that we're meeting our high standards
* Providing general inbound customer service, including answering questions, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members
* Collaborating with our sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
* Participating in ongoing training and development programs to improve your skills and knowledge
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
