Key Responsibilities
As a customer service representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

Schedule and Flexibility

Earnings and Revenue
As an independent contractor with arenaflex, your earnings will vary based on client and performance metrics. You can expect competitive rates ranging from $14 to $20 per hour, with additional incentives available for meeting or exceeding performance targets.

Contractual Relationship
As an independent contractor with arenaflex, you'll remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with us. When you receive your contract, you'll be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
Location
arenaflex is currently hiring customer service representatives in the US locations only. We're unable to work with contractors residing in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Maine, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC. Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check.
