What to Expect:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative for arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Acting as a liaison to provide product/service information and resolve customer issues effectively
  • Managing large volumes of incoming calls while generating sales leads
  • Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open communication
  • Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions within specified time limits

Key Responsibilities:

  • High school diploma or GED, and at least 18 years old

  • Experience with outbound calling and sales/upselling
  • Multilingual or bilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish
