Main Responsibilities
As a Patient Care Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Helping patients navigate their healthcare journey, including applying for loans, ordering testing, and scheduling appointments with health coaches
- Conducting phone and Zoom calls with patients to discuss their care and concerns
- Checking text messages and voicemails to ensure timely communication with patients
- Selling and ordering supplements to support patient care
- Scheduling and rescheduling appointments with health coaches
- Providing administrative support, including filling out forms and completing other tasks as needed
- Supporting health coaching, scheduling, and rescheduling
Training and Support

Compensation and Benefits
