Job Summary

As a Data Entry Clerk / Administrative Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our accounting and sales departments by accurately entering sales data, updating our accounting records, and maintaining our customer relationship management (CRM) database. You'll work closely with our team to process mail, handle deposits, and follow up on leads, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities

* Accurately enter sales data, update accounting records, and maintain CRM database

  • Process mail, handle deposits, and follow up on leads
  • Provide administrative support to accounting and sales departments
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives
  • Participate in training and professional development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Proficiency with computers and software applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
