Job Summary
As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You'll help resolve customer-facing issues, analyze data, and develop work flows and procedures to improve the customer experience. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a warehouse production environment with varying noise levels and temperatures
- Physical ability to carry, lift, push, and pull up to 49 pounds
- Ability to stand, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch for up to 12 hours
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a logistics or delivery environment
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Familiarity with data analysis and problem-solving tools
- Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to building a positive team culture
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
